About Me

In my role as IT manager in a dynamic and highly flexible service company, I was able to consolidate an important experience in many areas of technology. My involvement in complex projects has improved my IT skills allowing me to deepen my knowledge of the business processes of its organizational complexity and manage the certification process of the company for which I worked.

Currently my role is that of IT Manager and Business Process Coordinator for a leading company in the financial services sector, providing coordination and accountability of the activities of Information Technology, with particular emphasis on the management, control and implementation of business processes supported by information systems. My responsibilities include system security through the creation and maintenance of standards of information security. My role is also in people management, budget and functional areas. Highly motivated, enthusiastic, proven ability to motivate and manage teams, but also to operate in complete autonomy.

With aims that are to reduce complexity, to minimize costs and to realize growth potential. By using innovative tools and new standards aimed at technology such as cloud computing.     IT Service ManagerQui Financial Service (IMEL) - Company of Sisal PAYAfter Sisal Group acquisition of Qui Financial Services, an IMEL institution supervised by the Bank of Italy, I coordinated the integration between Sisal and QFS systems and services.
    I also carried out the technical coordination of the adaptation projects related to:
    European GDPR privacy regulation
    European regulation PSD2 on electronic payment systems
    Introduction of Strong Customer Authentication in electronic payment systems
    EBA security measures in the PSD2 / Anti-Fraud area..

  • 2017 - 2019

    IT Service ManagerPaybay Networks - Company of QuiGroup HoldingFollowing the ITIL best practices, the DevOps concepts, and taking advantage of my background and know-how, I lead the working groups (12 total resources) for the services.
    Main Projects:
    Electronic Meal Ticket - Organization and management of services. Provided for Qui! Ticket and Ticket Gemeaz, Italian companies serving over 7 thousand business clients, including public institutions and companies, for a total of over 500 thousand owners for a consumption of 200 million meal tickets issued every year among 150 thousand commercial/business acceptance points.
    ADR System TAXI FCO and CIA – Management of taxi service (from 2000 to 4000 trips a day for two airports) from the parking area to the nearest entrance, implementing ENAC regulations. The solution has been provided through on field hardware devices, that require physical supervision of 5 staff members with specific competences.
    Management GT POS and Release Management – Management of entire device fleet (25.000 POS + 5.000 mobile app), identifying the most suitable solutions and operational methods to improve management costs and efficiency of existing processes. Finally, design and implementation of the monitoring system for the business apps.

    Head of Product DevelopmentPaybay Networks - Company of QuiGroup HoldingManagement of Product Development IT area and end-to-end supply chain (from analysis to the release including evolution maintenance, adaptation, corrective and bug fixing) through appropriate make or buy choices based on cost-benefit analysis and optimizing the use of resources. Assure technical-operational planning by governing the integrated operational plan of the projects and the ICT initiatives.

    Once the entire structure was consolidated, I worked on the development of the company’s organization.
